BIGHEART Tiny Houses are built starting with a 8 x 20 floor plan. An upper loft or inverted loft give you additional living space to accommodate your lifestyle. Our goal is to keep your tiny house build affordable, but we realize many will want some customizations....no problem. Our 20 ft BIGHEART is a turn key tiny house you can order for a price you can afford. The custom builds can match your budget if you want to spend more or less for your tiny house. Delivery and setup cost are based on distance, we can provide a quote for that or you can pickup your tiny house after the build is completed.

Any floor plan you can dream, BIGHEART can create. We work with you to design your perfect Tiny House, even providing a 3D walk through to make sure we covered the bases. You get to see where everything is laid out. Custom design and builds will increase the cost but that's all up to you. You get to decide what is important and what is not.
